Get Involved > New Members

We generally welcome a yearly entering “class” of New Members each September. This provides a smaller “group within the group” structure to encourage close, personal bonds. Senior member advisors act as mentors to the New Member group - hosting special monthly get-togethers, orienting New Members on the various League projects, and advising on leadership opportunities within the League. The first year peaks with a special project developed and staffed entirely by the New Member class, working closely together, in the spring.

Our next New Member Class will start September 2011. 

The New Member Fair for 2011 will be held on Wednesday, August 31 at 7:30pm at the Horace Williams House in Chapel Hill.
